Hi Marko,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for your fantastic work. I just finished my second read of the Frontline series, after loving the Palladium Wars as well. Very excited for Corvus as well.
Please keep doing what you do. I’ll be looking forward to all of it.

Hello Marko, I am aware that this will be the first thought left behind in a long while but I was unsure as to contact you in a light-hearted manner. I am an American reader and have just finished the Frontlines series. I thought it was great and wanted to attempt to model out some ideas from the books. Such as Lanky Seed Ships, some of Earth’s Armies’ equipment and such. Would you have any problem with that? Thanks again, I will soon be reading your more recent books!
So far, there’s one positive thing about 2025… and it all came from a quick glance at this website. The Corvus release date now shows the same year as we’re actually in. Can’t wait.
Hey Marko!
Long time reader and fanof the Frontlines series. Thank you for your work.
Has there ever been any thought on a Kickstarter for the series, to create Hardback (or even better leatherbound) versions of the series?
This idea seems to be taking off in the fantasy community, and I’d love to see your series in a collectible format.
Thanks again!
Dear Mr. Kloos,
I am halfway through Orders of Battle and am not looking forward to the end of this series. Thank you for a most enjoyable read over the span of these seven (and soon eight) books.
My only regret is that when you introduced the drone (p.74) you missed the opportunity to call it the DiscoDrone. (lol) Wonderball is good too, I suppose; it is more… Military sounding.
Many thanks for an excellent series. I look forward to reading your next books.
Been waiting for another book in the Frontlines: Evolution or Palladium. I read all your novels but I’ve put off the happiness and satisfaction and finally started Scorpio. I don’t see anything coming up[ after Descent on Palladium. There is NO OTHER SCI FI WRITER I read (listen to) and love – one book after another. The Lankies are/were a bit “odd” (to be kind) yet that storyline didn’t deter my addiction to your work. Luke Daniels was a major draw as narrator but once hooked I was fine with all the narrators. All have been worth the listen, Still Luke is amazing. I hope a new full novel is out earlier than your predicted/deadline of a long eight (8) months into mid-2025!! Is Palladium Wars over? I honestly would have rather seen those Lankies go bye bye. So I own MANY audiobooks. I’ve been an annual Audible member for years and was on Everand (another good source). I have so many top audiobooks but yours always are my go to. Thank you for sharing your tremendous talent. I’m ultra-particular and can be with my reading choices; to drive home the point solidly, know your work is important to me and many others!
I’ve read through the Frontline series twice, the second time being a few months before the release of Scorpio. With my schedule, I think I will start again around March and hopefully the last page of Scorpio lines up perfectly with the release of Corvus.
Ok, I keep staring at that ‘secret project’ progress bar. The curiosity is building.
Is it possible to buy your books outside of amazon, just normal epub for use with other apps?
As a Vermonter I appreciate how you made my little state a bastion of peace in a dystopian future. Vermont doesn’t find itself in sci-fi terribly often so it was a nice surprise.
Just started Descent.
Thank you for the pronunciation of Hecate. Both are technically correct depending on mythology or acting, but the lack of the final vowel always grated on me.
Know I will like this one as I have enjoyed the three previous.
Have a great summer and hurry up and write the one starting with E.
Thanks
I really enjoyed Terms of Enlistment. I was disappointed that I cannot seem to continue the series with Lines of Departure. I can only find it on Kindle, not B&N Nook or as a generic ePub. I really don’t want to read it on Kindle – I very strongly prefer the Nook reader and ePub format. Where can I buy the ePub version? Please don’t tell me that you got locked into Amazon by publishing using their system and relinquishing your rights to publish on other platforms.
The impending release date of Descent almost stuck up on me. Just so I don’t space it I went and preordered it. So the roughly two week wait stands in the way…
Will there be an english lanuage book (paper or ebook) version of Alien Wars published? only can find German language
The Alien Wars series is published as Frontlines in English, and all eight books are available on Kindle, audio, and in paperback format.
Marko, just to let you know I’ve just finished Citadel and it blew my mind. I wanted to let you know it’s one of the best books I’ve read and firmly in my top 3 favourites ever, and I read quite a lot! Thank you for the story, the tech, and the terrific writing. It is truly a tour de force.
Adam.
Hello,
I’m a reader from Poland and I bought all of your books published here (7x Frontlines + 2x Palladium). However I’m waiting for a long time for the next chapters in both of the series to come to Polish language). Do you know if that will happen? Are you working on some alternative way to publish these books here?
P.S. Frontlines series was the series that pushed me to read more in this genre. I really like it. I’ve just started on Palladium 🙂
Apparently addictions aren’t just chemical. I got the sudden urge to reread Scorpio last night. I had the jitters or something. The only comparison I can think of is watching people voraciously consume Harry Potter books back in the day.
I have been repeatedly impressed with the accuracy in which you portray military structure, characters and events. Rare even for those that served who often embellish or write of things in which they have no personal experience. By far the best example I believe is Sergeant Fallon explaining how she deals with casualties and other facts of life to the colony administrator on New Svalbard. (First several paragraphs of chapter 19, Front Lines book 2). To those that have been there no explanation need be spoken and to those that haven’t none will suffice but you sure hit the nail on the head with that one. The accuracy will perhaps allow others to better understand and brings honor to those that have been there. Well spoken my friend.
