“angles of attack” release day.

“Angles of Attack”, the third novel in the Frontlines series, is officially out and available for purchase. Those of you who pre-ordered the book should either get it delivered today (if you ordered the physical print or audio copies), or have it on your Kindelmaschines already.

In the meantime, I am going to try and get some more work done on Frontlines #4, “Chains of Command”, instead of obsessively checking the Amazon sales ranking every five seconds while stress-binging on Nutella straight from the jar. NOT THAT I’VE EVER DONE THAT.

    I’m sure some people would call it stupid but fuck it, this is all of the right buttons on me, pushed. I am actually wiping the tears from my eyes to be able to type this, and this is why I was perfectly happy to nominate you (sorry if I’m mentioning taboo subjects) and why I will be happy to nominate you again next year.

  2. I just finished “Lines of Departure”, but now I am away from home for a week, so I can’t get another fix for a week. Woe is me! I’m really looking forward to seeing where the storylines go now.

    Are you attending Sasquan, and perhaps available for autographs any time?

    1. I’ll be at Sasquan. I’ll check with 47North and see if they can organize something. Otherwise you can always look me up on the con floor, and I’ll gladly sign whatever you want signed.

  4. Just finished AoA.

    Another great book and well worth the wait. I definitely didn’t see everything coming. A lot of sacrifices made in this one. Cannot wait for your next book.

    Also, I like the tie in with your short stories at the end. I don’t want spoil anything, but well done.

  5. As a truck driver, this couldn’t have shown up in my Audible library at a better time. Can’t wait to read/listen to it. I’ve got a loooong haul tomorrow, this is just what the doctor ordered.

    Thanks for the Horatius on the Bridge quote. I’ve had a fondness for that poem since grade school when I memorized it for class.

    And when I finish Angles I have to wait for the next tone. I want a small time machine to advance order through.

  7. In anticipation of the release of Angles of Attack, I re-read Terms of Enlistment and Lines of Departure over the weekend.. AoA was on my Kindle when I woke up and I have been sneaking some time in already. Looks like another winner!
