I recently did an interview with S. Daniel Smith over at the Coffee in Space podcast. You can check it out here if you want to hear me talk about various Frontlines and Palladium Wars-related things, my writing process, and various other subjects.
(Side note–I’ve been at this for almost ten years, and in that time, I’ve given lots of interviews, including places like BBC World Service and NPR. I like giving interviews. I want to think I’m a pretty good guest because I tend to talk a lot. But I still don’t like listening to my own voice or watching myself on video.)
Marko,
You do excellent interviews, I really enjoyed the one you did with The Templin Institute on YouTube…if anyone has not also seen that one it is great. I will be checking out this podcast ASAP.
P.S. any word on when we might get a new Frontlines novella?
I had one in the works but couldn’t finish it before I had to start the next novel. I hope to crank out a few of them after Frontlines #8 is in the bag.
These interviews are worth reading again, and again. Marko is my favorite military science fiction author. He is a thinker, as well as a doer. I will welcome more works in each series, and hope especially to see sociological/political writing in the Frontlines series.
But I have a question: are you sure Marko, that you are pronouncing your back name correctly?
I am pretty sure I am, yes.
